Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow PPM Technical Specialist with hands-on experience administering, supporting, and troubleshooting ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

Required Skills:

• Hands-on ServiceNow PPM administration and production support.
• Experience with Projects, Project Tasks, Resource Assignments, Budgets, Time Sheets, Timecards, Expense Lines, and Cost Plans.
• Troubleshooting ServiceNow workflows, scripts, scheduled jobs, and automation.
• Knowledge of user roles, access groups, ACLs, role-based permissions, and data visibility.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow tables and PPM data structures.
• Experience handling incidents and service requests, documenting issues, meeting SLAs, and escalating complex issues to Tier 2.
• Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Approved Candidate Locations: Dallas/Frisco, Tampa/Fort Lauderdale, NYC, Louisville, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Nashville, and Charlotte. Washington, DC is excluded.
