Who We Are Looking For Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other tools/systems Minimum of 8+ years of technology experience, including development, implementation, and maintenance of large scale systems Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in complex environments Proficient in all phases of the Application Development lifecycle with experience in an agile environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judg e ment Eagerness to mentor junior staff ServiceNow certifications are preferred Experience with Knowledge Base platforms, ideally ServiceNow Knowledge Management application is a plus What You Bring B.E./ B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics and Communication) MCA/M.Tech (Computer Science) Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, applications and modules What We Offer Work on ServiceNow-based projects Design and implement complex solutions to meet customer requirements Configure and implement custom applications/modules Align closely with peers to ensure delivery on time, on budget, on scope Support teams working in other domains to satisfy integration needs Enable junior technical staff by providing designs, code reviews, best practices, solution advice etc. WHY YOU WOULD LOVE TO JOIN US Our values – Collaboration, Commitment, Evolution, Entrepreneurship, Happiness, and Trust Company culture - We value team cooperation and work together in integrated virtual teams to serve our customers.
