About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join a leading technology consulting company supporting a major banking client.
This role is ideal for someone with solid ServiceNow experience who can contribute to solution design, platform improvements and technical implementation while working closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and recommend ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow development, configuration and implementation.
- Work with developers and technical teams to deliver platform solutions and enhancements.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Help ensure platform performance, security and alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for platform improvements.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, technical consulting or solution architecture.
- Experience designing or contributing to enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Good understanding of ITSM and related ServiceNow capabilities.
- Familiarity with CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, platform integrations and automation.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs or IntegrationHub is an advantage.
- Experience providing technical guidance, reviewing designs or leading implementation teams.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS are an advantage.
We are open to candidates with backgrounds in ServiceNow Architecture, Technical Consulting, Senior Development or Technical Leadership.
