ServiceNow Sr Engineer - Financial Services, Dublin 2

Our client is a global Financial Institution, with its Dublin base managing acting as European hub for various subsidiaries. They have engaged us to speak to candidates with experience developing, customising and maintaining ServiceNow ERP integrations at enterprise level. The role is based in Dublin 2 and will require 2 days per week onsite.

The role:

• Define, configure and develop various ServiceNow capabilities, focusing on HR Service Delivery and Integrated Risk modules as a priority
• Manage and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and multiple ERP systems
• Bring ServiceNow experience and track record to maintain and improve development processes across JavaScript, APIs and more
• Ensure consistent data protection and access controls are in place plus that all configurations are compliant re audits (experience in a highly regulated environment is beneficial)
• Take responsibility for areas including platform upgrades, QA and release/deployment
• Join existing Agile development teams of Business Analysts and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands on commercial experience within a regulated industry
• Proven track record of ServiceNow Development, specifically within HRSD
• Solid JavaScript experience and various aspects of the ServiceNow development kit
• Experience with ERP implementations and integrations
• Keen eye for data protection and security
• Exceptional communication skills, the role will require multiple cross stakeholder management as well as internal working groups
