Job Details Employment Type: Contract Work Mode: Remote Location: Offshore Total Experience Required: 8–9 years Relevant Experience Required: 6–7 years Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Tech Lead with strong AI and modern UI expertise. The ideal candidate will code, review pull requests, and guide the team in building Lit Web Components for AI-powered UI experiences. You will bring strong expertise in AI and modern frontend technologies to mentor the team on AI-native UI patterns and best practices. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to the development team. Build and guide team members in developing Lit Web Components for AI-powered UI experiences. Implement and integrate AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols. Apply AI-native UI patterns and best practices to modernize user interfaces. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions. Requirements 8–9 years of total IT experience with 6–7 years of relevant hands-on technical lead/development experience. Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow platform, Scoped Apps, and Integration Hub. Demonstrated experience building or integrating with AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols. Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, JavaScript, and Lit Web Components. Excellent mentoring, communication, and code review capabilities.
