Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).

The ideal candidate should have strong technical architecture expertise in ServiceNow GRC/Integrated Risk Management (IRM), third-party risk management processes, enterprise integrations, and platform solution design.

The consultant will be responsible for designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring technical solutions align with business, risk, compliance, and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise ServiceNow GRC/IRM and TPRM solutions.
  

• Define technical architecture, solution design, integration approaches, and implementation standards.
  

• Lead the technical design and configuration of ServiceNow risk and compliance management capabilities.
  

• Support third-party risk assessment, vendor risk management, and compliance workflows.
  

• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  

• Design and support risk assessment, control management, issue management, and compliance processes.
  

• Provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and implementation teams.
  

• Design and review integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.
  

• Guide the development of workflows, automation, business rules, and custom platform functionalities.
  

• Review technical deliverables for scalability, security, maintainability, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
  

• Troubleshoot complex technical and integration issues.
  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and technical consultants.
  

• Prepare and maintain technical architecture documents, solution designs, and implementation documentation.
  

• Support solution testing, deployment activities, and post-implementation enhancements.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–12 years of total and relevant experience in ServiceNow, with strong technical architecture expertise in GRC/TPRM.
  

• Hands-on experience architecting ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
  

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
  

• Experience with ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
  

• Expertise in enterprise ServiceNow solution architecture, technical design, and implementation.
  

• Knowledge of risk assessments, control management, compliance workflows, and issue management.
  

• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications.
  

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, scripting, and workflow automation.
  

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
  

• Experience providing technical guidance to development and implementation teams.
  

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  

Mandatory Certifications

• ServiceNow CAD – Certified Application Developer
  

• ServiceNow CIS-GRC – Certified Implementation Specialist, Governance, Risk and Compliance
  

Both certifications are mandatory for this requirement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.
  

• Knowledge of vendor risk assessments, third-party onboarding, and ongoing risk monitoring.
  

• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
  

• Familiarity with ServiceNow REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
  

• Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  

• Understanding of technical governance, security, and platform best practices.
