Job Details Employment Type: Contract Work Mode: Remote Location: Offshore Shift Timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST (E1 Shift) Total Experience Required: 4+ years Relevant Experience Required: 4+ years in ServiceNow UI Builder & Now Experience Framework Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow UI Builder Developer to build and customize applications and modern user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder. The candidate will design responsive pages, dashboards, workspaces, and portal experiences using the Now Experience UI Framework. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize applications and user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder. Build responsive pages, dashboards, workspaces, and portal experiences based on business requirements. Configure Now Experience UI Framework, UI Builder components, Data Resources, Client Scripts, and Client State Parameters. Integrate UI Builder experiences with ServiceNow tables, APIs, REST/Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub. Develop reusable components, participate in code reviews, and maintain upgrade-safe coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve UI, performance, and integration-related issues. Requirements 8–9 years of total IT experience with 6–7 years of relevant hands-on technical lead/development experience. Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow platform, Scoped Apps, and Integration Hub. Demonstrated experience building or integrating with AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols. Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, JavaScript, and Lit Web Components. Excellent mentoring, communication, and code review capabilities. Solid background in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies). Hands-on experience with Data Resources, Client State Parameters, Events, Declarative Actions, and UI Builder components. Good knowledge of ServiceNow tables, ACLs, roles, update sets, and application scopes. Practical experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
