What You Bring

You bring at least five years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience across multiple functional domains — Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales & Distribution — ideally from large-scale, end-to-end transformation projects. You have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architectural principles, Application Integration Architecture, and designing SAP BTP integration patterns, defining extensibility strategies, and evaluating cloud versus hybrid deployment options. You are equally at home in AI-adjacent disciplines: you can apply Agentic AI Day-to-Day Practice, assess AI Adoption Capability within enterprise contexts, and bring AI Output Quality Assurance rigour to ensure that AI-generated outputs meet the quality bar your customers expect. Above all, you bring the communication and leadership skills central to Enterprise Architecture - Stakeholder Management — guiding cross-functional teams, earning the trust of business stakeholders, and articulating architectural decisions clearly — in German and English.

What You Will Build

You will own the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture for leading Austrian enterprises — spanning the Process workstreams as well as the Technology and Cross-functional teams. You will set the architectural blueprint from day one: defining integration patterns, data migration strategy, extensibility concepts, and BTP connectivity. You will bring all functional workstream leads into alignment, resolve cross-module dependencies before they become project risks, and future-proof the solution for growth. Where SAP Business AI can generate measurable value for the customer, you will embed it — applying AI-Assisted Automation and Prototyping to accelerate delivery, using Context Engineering to shape how AI models interact with enterprise data and processes, and driving structured AI Adoption Capability programmes that help customers realise tangible outcomes. And when new opportunities arise, you will translate your architectural thinking into compelling solution designs and effort estimates that help win them.
