Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

Our employee ownership model is a key part of what sets Beca apart, helping connect our people to the long-term success of our business. We are looking for a Shareholding Programme Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting and administering Beca's shareholding and share funding schemes. In this role, you'll be the trusted point of contact for shareholders across the business, providing guidance and support on a wide range of shareholding matters. You'll work closely with our external service providers and banking partners to ensure the smooth administration of Beca's shareholding programme, while maintaining the high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and service our shareholders expect.

You will coordinate Beca's annual share offer process, manage shareholder transactions and funding arrangements, maintain critical shareholding records and documentation, and prepare reports and analysis to support decision-making. You'll also contribute to the ongoing development of our systems, processes and digital resources, helping to drive efficiencies and enhance the shareholder experience.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines stakeholder engagement, administration, coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement. You'll work with a broad range of people across the business while becoming a recognised subject matter expert in one of Beca's most unique and valued programmes.

Ko wai koe | About you

You are a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a role where accuracy, sound judgment, and exceptional service are essential. • Experience in programme coordination, business administration, financial services, employee benefits administration or a related field.
  • A tertiary qualification in business, finance, commerce or related discipline is preferred.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • A collaborative working style and the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on enhancing processes, systems and service delivery.

If you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We're keen to hear from candidates who are excited about the opportunity to grow and develop in this unique role.
