Mō te tūnga | About the role
We are looking for an experienced Programme Coordinator to support the Frontline Technology Systems Upgrade Programme.
Join a high-performing Programme Management Office and help deliver one of the organisation's most significant transformation programmes. As an embedded Programme Coordinator, you'll work alongside Programme Managers and senior leaders, driving planning, governance, reporting and delivery activities across a dedicated work package. This role offers exceptional exposure to large-scale programme delivery, complex stakeholder environments and career development opportunities within programme and project management.
This is not a purely administrative position. You will be a trusted delivery support partner embedded within a programme work package, helping drive planning, reporting, governance, risk management and delivery outcomes alongside Delivery Managers, Programme Managers and senior leaders. The role will act as a key link between business teams, delivery partners and programme leadership, ensuring information flows effectively and interdependencies are understood and managed.
Ideal for professionals looking to progress into Project Manager and Programme Advisory roles in the future.
This role is based in our Wellington office with flexible WFH options.
