SharePoint Architect

We are recruiting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced SharePoint Architect to drive the strategic design, governance, and evolution of their SharePoint platform. This role will shape platform direction to ensure long-term scalability and alignment with organisational objectives.

Day Rate Contract, Hybrid Working (Dublin City Centre)

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the overall SharePoint architecture and roadmap
• Lead governance frameworks and platform best practices
• Partner with senior stakeholders to design and oversee scalable solutions
• Direct integration strategies and ensure alignment across systems
• Provide architectural guidance to technical teams and delivery partners

Required Experience:

• 7-10 years' experience working with SharePoint (Online and/or On-Prem)
• Strong background in enterprise architecture and solution design
• Expertise in information architecture, taxonomy, and governance models
• Experience with migrations, hybrid deployments, and integration approaches
• Good understanding of Power Platform, Azure services, and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem
