Role Description
The Shariah Asset Strategist is a full-time role responsible for designing, evaluating, and optimizing Shariah-compliant asset strategies that support KAZE GROUP’s takaful offerings.

Working in a hybrid arrangement based in Damansara, with some work-from-home flexibility, the individual will analyze market trends, assess investment opportunities, and ensure all assets adhere to relevant Shariah guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Islamic finance, takaful principles, and Shariah-compliant investment frameworks.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and Shariah governance standards applicable to Islamic financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Islamic Banking, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, ethical judgment, and commitment to maintaining Shariah compliance in all work.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment and the ability to manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
