As an SHES Supervisor , you will be responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing health and safety programs, processes, and procedures across the workplace . In this role, you will manage the overall execution of the company's SHES Program and ensure full compliance with government regulations and standards . In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Oversee the overall management, implementation, and continuous evaluation of the company’s Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Safety Program . Plan health and safety requirements in the workplace, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety equipment, signages, training programs, and structural/facility improvements . Serve as the official representative of the company when liaising with safety regulatory bodies, including DOLE, BFP, and DENR . To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who: Safety Champion & Compliance-Driven: Uncompromising in upholding occupational safety standards, legal mandates, and regulatory rules . Analytical & Investigative Mindset: Methodical in conducting root cause analysis during incident investigations to prevent future workplace accidents . Proactive Hazard Assessor: Skilled at evaluating working environments, identifying risks early, and executing pre-emptive mitigation plans . [Diplomatic & Influential Communicator: Able to effectively engage internal department heads and external government regulatory bodies (DOLE, BFP, DENR) . What You Will Need: Education & Experience: Education: Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) . Experience: At least three (3) years of related work experience in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental management . SO1/SO2 Technical / Functional Skills: OSH Program Management: End-to-end expertise in workplace safety governance, hazard controls, PPE allocation, and facility safety improvements . Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of DOLE OSH standards, BFP fire safety codes, DENR environmental requirements, and statutory reporting . Incident Investigation & RCA: Advanced capability in conducting accident investigations, Job Hazard Assessments (JHA), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) . Management Systems: Strong operational knowledge of ISO Integrated Management System (IMS) protocols and operational risk management frameworks .
