Shopify & Ai ECommerce Specialist

She Leads Studio is hiring a Shopify & AI E-Commerce Specialist to join our team from January 2027.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, curious and comfortable taking ownership. Someone who knows Shopify well, understands how good e-commerce experiences are built, and genuinely enjoys figuring out how AI can make businesses work smarter.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to hand over strategy decks. We want someone who likes to think, build, test, improve and solve problems.

What you’ll do

• Build, maintain and optimise Shopify stores
• Improve shop structure, navigation, collections, product pages and UX
• Support launches, migrations and ongoing e-commerce projects
• Work with Shopify apps, integrations and automations
• Identify conversion issues and implement practical improvements
• Research and test AI tools for e-commerce, content and internal workflows
• Support GEO / AI visibility projects
• Work directly with clients and help turn complex problems into practical solutions

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on Shopify experience
• Confidence working independently and taking ownership of projects
• Genuine interest in AI, automation and the future of e-commerce
• Fluent German and English
• Strong communication skills and a client-friendly mindset
• Curiosity, common sense and the ability to figure things out
• Experience with Liquid, HTML/CSS, CRO, automation tools or GEO is a plus
• Career changers are very welcome if you bring relevant practical skills

How we work

This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Vienna.

• One fixed office day per week in Vienna
• Around two working days per month in Graz and/or Barcelona
• The rest can be worked from home or hybrid
• Required business travel is covered by She Leads
• Start: January 2027

Salary

This position is advertised with a monthly gross salary of EUR 3,800.– based on 38.5 hours per week. We value competencies and experience, so the actual salary is something we’d be happy to discuss personally.
