Your new responsibilities
- Development of new sensor concepts in a team
- Integration of photodetectors in silicon process technologies
- Electro- optical measurements in the laboratory
- Evaluation and interpretation of measurement results
- Layout definition of device test structures and process monitoring structures
- Contribution to the innovation funnel with innovative ideas
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed Bachelor, master or PhD in Physics, microelectronics, or similar studies
- First years of experience in semiconductor industry, preferably with knowledge in silicon process technology
- Hands on experience in process technology development is an advantage
- Structured way of working, problem solving and documentation
- Willingness and ability to work in a project team
- Proficiency of English language

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/).
