We're TalentPop App, and we help e-commerce brands run tighter, better online stores. We're hiring a Shopify / E-Commerce Assistant who takes real ownership of the small details that add up to a smooth shopping experience — because in e-commerce, the details are the business.

The basics:

Fully remote — open to applicants in the Philippines, South Africa, Jamaica, and Pakistan

Pay: Paid in USD, hourly — your income holds its value, no matter what's happening with local exchange rates

A typical week looks like:

• Rewriting or tightening product listings so they read better and actually convert
• Sweeping the storefront for broken links, typos, or outdated content before customers spot them
• Keeping an eye on stock levels and flagging replenishment before it becomes a problem
• Replying to customer reviews in a way that builds trust, not just damage control
• Refreshing banners, landing pages, and product photos to keep the store feeling current
• Going back and forth with vendors on POs, inventory, and fulfillment timing

You'll do well here if you:

• Have at least a year of real hands-on experience with Shopify or e-commerce work
• Actually enjoy the operational side of online retail, not just the creative side
• Can manage your own workload without someone checking in every hour
• Write clearly and catch details other people miss
• Don't get rattled when three things need attention at once

At home, you'll need:

• A laptop/PC with at least an Intel i5 (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM
• Internet that can actually hold a 25 Mbps up/down connection
