Job Requirements: Shopify Expertise: Minimum of 2.5-5 years of hands-on experience with Shopify, including theme customization, app integrations, and troubleshooting technical issues. HTML/CSS Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to implement responsive design and customize website layouts. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret website and social media performance data to make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Time Management: Proven track record of meeting deadlines while managing multiple tasks, including website updates and social media scheduling. Content Creation Skills (Preferred, not required): Experience in crafting engaging short- and long-form content for social media, with familiarity in creating reels, stories, and posts. Preferred Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specialty coffee or food and beverage industry is a plus but not required. Core responsibilities: Develop and Maintain Shopify Website: Build, customize, and optimize a Shopify-based e-commerce platform to ensure seamless functionality, visually appealing design, and smooth user experience. Implement HTML/CSS Solutions: Utilize advanced HTML and CSS skills to create custom themes, troubleshoot coding issues, and ensure mobile responsiveness across all devices. Cross-Train for Social Media Support: Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging short- and long-form content, including reels, stories, and regular updates, to align with the brands voice and strategy. Analyze and Optimize Campaigns: Track data related to website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement to identify trends and improve performance. Manage and Expand Social Media Presence: Collaborate with the team to develop creative strategies for audience engagement, oversee content calendars, and foster connections with online communities. Support CPC Campaigns: Assist in running and optimizing cost-per-click (CPC) advertising campaigns; training will be provided for candidates new to this area.
