Engagement: 1099 contractor. Performance-based. Location: Remote. We are looking for original video creators who can build TWF's short-form presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is a performance role with a clear climb. Lower starter rates. Real upside on view milestones. What you would do Produce 4-6 original short-form videos per week (60-90 sec, vertical, captioned) Concept, shoot (often using TWF-supplied raw or self-recorded), edit, caption, publish Originals - not clips. You build the narrative from scratch.
