Short-Form Video Editor (Remote): Founder Content for LinkedIn, Reels and TikTok

Zillvahn Group builds resumes and LinkedIn profiles for people working

offshore, in mining, oil & gas and heavy engineering across Australia.

I'm the founder, with 20 years on site behind me. I film on my phone.

I need someone who can turn those raw clips into short videos that look

sharp and sound clean.

ROLE AT A GLANCE

• Role: Short-Form Video Editor (talking head, captions, audio cleanup)

• Company: Zillvahn Group

• Location: Fully remote

• Pay: IDR , with a path to ongoing work

• Tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (your choice)

• Channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Edit raw phone footage into 30–90 second vertical videos

• Clean the audio so it's clear, level and free of background noise

• Add accurate captions styled for each platform

• Find the strongest hook in each clip and open with it

• Cut one recording into versions for each platform

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Talking-head experience: you make an ordinary person look confident on camera

• Clean audio: you know how to fix noisy, echoey phone sound

• Restraint: no cheesy transitions, meme sounds or gimmicks. Just clean

and credible.

• Reliable turnaround: you say when it's done, and it's done

• Bonus: experience with B2B, recruitment or industrial content
