The Role

We’re looking for a Short-Form Video Editor (Clipper) to become an important part of our creative team.

Your job won’t simply be cutting videos.

You’ll help identify the moments that deserve attention and transform them into engaging short-form content that reaches millions of people across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

You’ll work directly with artists and creative direction to develop recurring content formats, support music releases and help shape the visual identity of the project.

This is a fully remote contract position with flexible working hours and project-based collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Edit engaging vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Turn music videos, live performances, studio sessions, interviews and behind-the-scenes footage into high-performing social content.

• Identify strong hooks within the first three seconds.

• Create captions, subtitles, motion graphics and transitions that improve retention.

• Build recurring content series instead of isolated videos.

• Stay on top of social media trends while keeping content authentic to the artist.

• Collaborate on release campaigns and content calendars.

• Deliver edits quickly while maintaining consistent quality.

• Occasionally contribute creative ideas—not just execute instructions.

* Understands TikTok, Instagram (Trial) Reels and YouTube Shorts.

* Knows how to make people stop scrolling.

* Has a strong sense of rhythm, pacing and storytelling.

* Understands how music and visuals work together.

* Can work independently.

* Is organised and reliable.

* Communicates clearly.

* Enjoys experimenting with new ideas.

* Pays attention to detail.

* Wants to build something long-term instead of just completing tasks.

* Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent editing software.

* Experience editing short-form vertical content.

* Strong understanding of pacing and audience retention.

* Captioning and basic motion graphics.

* File organisation and workflow management.

* Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
