We're building a performance creative engine to match that growth — and we need a senior video editor who treats editing as an output discipline rather than a craft project. What you'll own Your baseline: 6 approved videos per week. Short and long-form performance ads (40s–2min), optimized for retention, hook velocity, and conversion — not aesthetics. You work in tight feedback loops. Revisions are technical adjustments, not negotiations. You ship reliably, week over week. How your income scales with your output Competitive base (depending on experience) + 13th month salary Uncapped performance bonus — a % of ad spend for every creative you produce, paid monthly.
