Short Term Rental Listing and Operations Specialist - EU Hours

Listing Optimization & Operations Specialist Independent Freelancer | PART -TIME 4 Hours per Day EU/Central European Hours Airhosted is a Swiss short-term rental management company. We manage 60+ properties across 20+ cities and work with a lean, remote-first team that runs on performance, hospitality tech, and clean processes. We're looking for an experienced specialist who has done this work before and can hit the ground running — someone who brings their own knowledge and doesn't need the fundamentals explained. The Role You'll work directly alongside our Revenue Strategist on listing optimization across Airbnb and our other distribution channels. This is a collaborative, hands-on working relationship with continuous direction and feedback — not an isolated task queue. What you'll be working on: Listing optimization — keeping listings performing at their best across platforms. Titles, descriptions, photo ordering, amenity tags, and understanding how changes affect search visibility and conversion. Cross-platform content consistency — when a listing changes (new photos, updated amenities, seasonal description tweaks), you manage the full propagation across all OTAs and update Airtable and Notion without prompting. Nothing falls through the cracks. Back-office discipline — content distributed across platforms must always match what's stored centrally. This requires precision and a methodical approach. Analytics & performance tracking — monitoring conversion rate, click-through rate, and search ranking, flagging anomalies, and connecting what you see in the numbers to what might be causing it. We run a weekly team alignment and communicate daily via Slack. You manage your own deadlines and work independently between check-ins. What We're Looking For You have hands-on experience in listing optimization — professionally, not just as a host. You have worked on multiple properties, know what levers exist, and have a track record of improving performance. This is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. Deep working knowledge of Airbnb — the algorithm, ranking factors, listing structure, and optimization levers. You know what moves the needle and why. Experience with a channel manager and/or property management system in a multi-OTA environment. Comfortable in Airtable and Notion. You're a process person. We define how things work — audits, content updates, platform sync — and you don't just follow the playbook, you help improve it. If something's inefficient or breaking down, you flag it and bring a better way. Structured, methodical, and able to manage your own workload across multiple properties. Interested?
