Siding & Deck #1 Lead Installer Location: Klamath Basin and Surrounding Areas Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $25–$? doe, per hour (based on experience and skill level) This position is for a #1 Siding & Deck Installer. Must be able to pull layout for siding installations, cut and install trim, siding, fascia and soffit with minimal oversite from supervisor. Must be able to delegate tasks to sider #2 and #3 to complete projects on time and within budget Must be able to read plans and build decks and other light framing projects to plan specs A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this position Are you a skilled and dedicated Siding & Deck Installers who wants to join our team. Key Competencies Construction Skills: Proficiency in siding and decking installation techniques. Physical Endurance: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working on scaffolding. Communication Skills: Clearly convey information to team members and clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare job sites by gathering materials and setting up equipment. Install siding and decking according to project specifications and building codes. Perform repairs and maintenance on existing siding and decks as needed. Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Assist in measuring, cutting, and securing materials. Follow directions from project managers and supervisors. Ensure all work adheres to Linkville’s quality and safety standards. What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: Previous experience in siding and decking installation preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
