Main purpose of the role: Simmons Adaptive are looking for a junior corporate/commercial lawyers to support clients on upcoming assignments. Person specification: You are a qualified lawyer with 1 – 6 years PQE. You will ideally have experience working on transactional corporate and/or commercial contracts matters. You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach. You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment. You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads. You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
