- Own regional demand forecasting and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts into a master demand plan.
- Lead demand and supply reviews, highlighting demand risks, supply constraints, capacity challenges and exceptions requiring escalation.
- Produce and maintain key performance reporting, including forecast accuracy, forecast bias, customer service, OTIF, inventory, capacity utilisation and supply recovery.
- Work cross-functionally to align demand, production and inventory plans, while driving continuous improvement, standardisation and reporting automation.
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience supporting an S&OP or Integrated Business Planning process within supply chain, planning, operations or manufacturing.
- Strong demand, inventory, merchandising or supply chain planning experience, with confident analytical and data management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience producing clear reports, dashboards and KPIs.
- Experience using an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or an equivalent platform.
- An organised, collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
