Site Electrical Manager – PV Field

Department Construction Based At Saudi Arabia Key Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the construction activities related to: Underground LV/MV cable laying Cable terminations Equipment installations, including Inverters, IDTs, Panels, and SMBs Assist with testing and commissioning Manage a team of Assistant Construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, in-house workmen, and subcontractors. Maintain project schedules, KPIs, productivity norms, and related metrics. Ensure strict HSE compliance. Ensure QA/QC compliance. Responsible for rate analysis, costing, cost control, and materials reconciliation. Mobilize resources based on project requirements. Maintain close coordination with the Project Company. Coordinate with vendors for project materials. Administer site resources. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Technical knowledge of Solar PV electrical works. Conversant with international codes and standards. Project management. Direct execution experience. Strong communication skills. HSE awareness and knowledge. QA/QC awareness and knowledge. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum of 13 years of experience. At least 3 years of experience in Solar PV projects of 200 MW or larger . Overseas experience is desirable. Age 34-40 years .
