Site Engineer

Job Description This is a remote position. Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is hiring for its own expanding team a Site Engineer to join its managed services project in Spain. Position/Title: Site Engineer Employment: Full time Contract Type: Contract (12 months) Start Date: Sept 1st 2026 Location: Spain, Austria, Germany, Romania, Hungary or Ireland Salary Framework: 26.200 EUR/annum or 185 EUR/per day Contact: Tamara: +385 91 63 87 403 Responsibilities: Review the Technical Site Surveys (TSS) and create the Final Solution according to the previously established engineering rules The site specific hardware required for the reviewed site + data from the survey (cable length, fiber/SFP mode, available antenna ports and feeders, etc). to be inserted in a shared document (Solution table) according to a specific wording in order to create the site ordering. After the solutions are reviewed by the customer, this has to be updated to the original solutions. In case something is not matching, the TSS task shall be rejected to the subcontractor and the D9site design engineer should be able to handle the communication with the subcontractor independently. Requirements/Qualifications Experience in telecom network engineering, deployment or design. Good understanding of: Huawei telecom equipment Antenna configurations and antenna schemes BBU boards AC/DC power systems Optical transmission (LWL/Fiber optics) Experience reviewing Technical Site Surveys (TSS) or similar engineering documentation. RF Planning knowledge. Ability to interpret technical drawings, site surveys and engineering documentation. English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).
