Responsible for increasing production and meeting deadlines. Responsible for material and equipment to be at site. Responsible for workers daily output and report deficiencies to Engineer. Pre-planning and organizing each phase of a job card can help in meeting schedules while making work safer and smoother Schedule enough workers to do the job Observe safety norms on site, any unsafe work practice Prepare daily workers attendance/time sheet and submit to the Engineer on time. Increase worker morale and work quality Schedule regular weekly site safety meeting with all workers.
