Site Program Manager (SG)

The group you’ll be a part of

This role will report to the SG General Manager, with a dotted-line functional relationship to the Global Max Out Program Manager.

The impact you’ll make

The site Program Manager is Lam's single-threaded owner for executing Max Out at the site, and the single point of contact for the Micron site (SG) champion. This is a dedicated program role — incremental to standard site coverage and funded through the Micron contracts, not a P&L burden to your organization.

What you’ll do

• Own site-level execution against the enrolled constrained-workstation list
• Serve as the single point of contact for the Micron site champion
• Manage phase gating: Baseline → RPT/Quick Wins → Fleet Stability → SDUT → Sustain
• Coordinate FPE/FSE/Rapid Response deployment against constrained-workstation priorities
• Report monthly billing and quarterly true-up data to the Global PM, and support SDUT/RPT KPI reporting
• Work within the joint Lam/Micron governance cadence and keep the action tracker current

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of supervisory experience with prior experience in semiconductor fab equipment’s including etch, clean, deposition and plating technology
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communications skills. Experience in dealing with difficult work partners
• Commands good oral and written English
• Able to craft out key ideas & summarize into high level reports for executive review
• Has ability to work on one’s own and make decisions within the assigned area of responsibility
• Possesses good analytical skills

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
