The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction, maintenance, and repair of our facilities and infrastructure. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions Manage and supervise a team of site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions with site staff Ensure all site staff are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution Manage and maintain site equipment and tools Perform other duties as required Requirements 5+ years of experience in a site superintendent or construction management role Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong problem-solving and analytical skills High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple sites Preferred Qualifications: OSHA certification First aid and CPR certification Experience with construction software and technology Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
