Sitecore Engineer at BairesDev

As a Sitecore Engineer, you will design and develop high-performance digital experiences and web applications using the Sitecore CMS platform. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring seamless content delivery across global multi-site environments.

What You'll Do:

- Architect and implement custom components and features within the Sitecore CMS ecosystem following Helix principles.

- Build and maintain robust, enterprise-level digital experience platforms (DXP) to enhance end-user engagement.

- Optimize platform performance and scalability to handle high-traffic, large-scale content operations.

- Integrate Sitecore solutions with third-party services and internal systems to expand platform functionality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content modeling strategies and technical specifications.

- Ensure the reliability and security of web properties through rigorous testing, debugging, and code reviews.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or CMS Development.

- Proven expertise in designing and developing customizations on the Sitecore CMS platform.

- Proficiency in .NET development, C\#, and Sitecore Helix architecture.

- Hands-on experience with multi-site delivery and content management strategies.

- Strong background in building and maintaining digital experience platforms.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
