Job Overview & Responsibilities

The S&L SaaS Product Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the S&L SaaS Sales Team by communicating company goals, best practices, and policies and will report to the VP of Strategic Markets Product Sales. The S&L SaaS Product Sales Manager will work with the VP of SaaS to develop the go-to-market strategy towards achievement of annual sales initiatives and targets. In addition, the Sales Manager motivates team members and assesses performance. In this role you will help develop relationships with OEM leadership, channels, and sales teams. You will work cross-functionally with other internal teams, including but not limited to Consulting, Marketing, Contracts, Legal and Share Service organizations across the enterprise.

Management Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and grow Mythics Strategic Markets SaaS product resell business by setting the overall vision and strategic plan for the business unit.
  • Provide guidance, best practices, and oversight to the sales team on approvals, engagement strategy with OEM and customers, pricing & margin goals by opportunity and RFP responses.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and implement capture strategies for potential SaaS accounts and contracting avenues across the US.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Work in partnership with consulting sales to assist customers with effective implementation and providing complete SaaS solutions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to executive management, ensuring disciplined sales forecasting in CRM.
  • Working with Sales Team to ensure CRM is updated and accurate regarding opportunities, products, forecast percentage and other important information.
  • Manage weekly 1 on 1 meetings with SaaS sales team.
  • Manage weekly team meetings with SaaS sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with OEM sales, channels, and sales leadership.
  • Identify any training needs for the SaaS sales team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of technology sales with management experience.
  • Experience working with MS Office applications, including Word & Excel.
  • Experience using and maintaining a CRM system.
  • Support territory based working hours while located outside of assigned territory.
  • Travel as required.
