Product Description: We support studios in delivering top-quality iGaming experiences, ensuring mathematically sound and player-engaging gameplay across all formats. Expected Task for this role: Design and fine-tune game math models for upcoming slot and casino games Conduct simulations to validate game math Collaborate with Game Producers and Developers on game mechanics and balance Analyze competitor games and deliver insights on math models Participate in the full game creation process from concept to delivery Assist with backend adaptations for reels and other game mechanics Soft Skills: Punctuality and consistency Strong communication and accountability Initiative and proactivity Ability to reason and argue based on propositions Experience: We consider all profiles — from entry-level to Lead Experts. Candidates typically have a background in mathematics, computer science, technology, or engineering, with experience in game math or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a player-focused mindset are highly valued.
