How you can make a difference

Verity Credit Union is committed to advancing equitable and inclusive financial solutions that strengthen the communities we serve. Serving as the primary relationship manager, this role identifies opportunities, cultivates trusted partnerships, and collaborates across departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions while maintaining accountability for the overall success and performance of each relationship.

The Small Business Relationship Manager oversees the origination, negotiation, structuring, pricing, underwriting, and closing of commercial lending products, including Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loans, Microbusiness loans, Startup loans, and Lines of Credit. This position manages a low-to-moderate-risk commercial loan portfolio, proactively monitors credit quality, mitigates financial risk, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies to support sustainable growth and protect the Credit Union's financial interests.
