Turn construction technology into everyday jobsite practice.
EARTHBRAIN builds technology and services that connect construction equipment, jobsites, and digital data to improve safety and productivity. Born from Komatsu and established in 2021, we develop and deliver digital solutions for the construction industry.
The Smart Construction Specialist (SCS) is a field-based solution implementation and customer adoption role within our DxP business. You will help contractors understand the full value of Smart Construction, build an implementation roadmap with them, and turn that roadmap into sustained jobsite practice.
Why this role is different
This is not a traditional product support or classroom training role. You will combine construction experience, GNSS/machine-control knowledge, customer consulting, hands-on implementation, and training to change how customers work.
RSS and SCS work as a team. The Rental Solution Specialist (RSS) develops opportunities from the rental channel; the SCS translates those opportunities into a broader Smart Construction adoption plan and helps the customer implement it. Together, the team is accountable for converting customer engagement into DxP business.
What you'll own
The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year. Actual base salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
This position is eligible for a performance-based sales incentive program with a target annual incentive opportunity of 30% of base salary. Actual incentive payments may vary based on individual, team, and business performance.
Benefits
EARTHBRAIN is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to legally protected characteristics.
