About RudiqRudiq is an enterprise-grade platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solution for banks, financial institutions, and asset managers. Our modular infrastructure enables institutions to tokenize real-world assets, distribute financial products across primary and secondary markets, and manage custody, collateralized lending, and payment settlement under their own brand.
We build the technology connecting traditional finance with the digital asset ecosystem, with a focus on security, scalability, and institutional requirements.
Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Smart Contract Developer with hands-on experience developing Solidity smart contracts on EVM-compatible networks and a strong understanding of the Diamond Pattern (EIP-2535).
You will design, develop, test, and maintain smart contracts powering Rudiq’s tokenization and financial infrastructure. Working closely with our backend, frontend, and product teams, you will translate financial workflows into secure and maintainable on-chain systems.
We value developers who take ownership, stay curious about emerging technologies, and can evaluate and adopt new tools thoughtfully.
- Design, develop, and maintain Solidity smart contracts for asset issuance, transfers, income distribution, redemption, collateral management, and settlement.
- Build and extend modular smart contract systems using the Diamond Pattern, including facet design, function selector management, shared storage, and controlled upgrades.
- Implement access controls, permissioned transfers, and configurable business rules for institutional use cases.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, fuzz, and invariant tests covering expected behavior, edge cases, and potential attack scenarios.
- Review contract architecture and code for security risks, storage conflicts, gas efficiency, and maintainability.
- Prepare deployment and upgrade scripts, validate changes on test networks, and support production releases.
- Collaborate with external auditors and internal reviewers to investigate findings and implement fixes.
- Work with backend and frontend developers to integrate contracts through APIs, SDKs, contract events, and transaction workflows.
- Maintain clear technical documentation covering contract architecture, permissions, deployment procedures, and upgrade processes.
- Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, developer tools, and relevant standards, and introduce them where they provide practical value.
- Proven hands-on experience developing, testing, and deploying Solidity smart contracts on EVM-compatible networks.
- Strong understanding of Solidity and EVM fundamentals, including storage layout, execution context, ABI encoding, events, custom errors, and gas costs.
- Practical knowledge of the Diamond Pattern (EIP-2535), including facets, diamond storage, delegatecall, initialization, and upgrade authorization.
- Understanding of upgradeable contract architectures and the risks associated with storage compatibility and contract upgrades.
- Familiarity with common smart contract vulnerabilities, including reentrancy, access-control flaws, unsafe external calls, and signature replay.
- Experience with Foundry or Hardhat for development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Working knowledge of common token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155, and established contract libraries such as OpenZeppelin.
- Ability to design meaningful automated tests and reason about contract behavior across complex transaction sequences.
- Experience integrating smart contracts with applications using libraries such as ethers.js or viem.
- Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to independently research technical problems, evaluate new technologies, and communicate implementation trade-offs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a security-focused approach to development.
- Proficiency in English for reading technical resources, writing documentation, and collaborating with the team.
- Experience with Go (Golang) for backend services and blockchain integrations.
- Experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript for Web3 application development.
- Experience with real-world asset tokenization, financial products, or institutional blockchain applications.
- Familiarity with permissioned token standards such as ERC-3643.
- Experience implementing lending, collateral management, liquidation, or settlement workflows.
- Familiarity with multisignature wallets, role-based permissions, timelocks, and secure upgrade governance.
- Experience with signature-based authorization and standards such as EIP-712.
- Experience with static analysis, security auditing, or formal verification tools.
- Familiarity with blockchain indexing, event processing, and transaction monitoring.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines for smart contract testing and deployment.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or participation in security competitions and bug bounty programs.
- Build blockchain infrastructure for real financial products and institutional use cases.
- Take ownership of core smart contract architecture and contribute to technical decisions.
- Work closely with a team combining expertise in fintech, blockchain, and product development.
- Help solve practical challenges in tokenization, custody, lending, and payment settlement.
- Join an environment that values initiative, thoughtful experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Benefit from flexible working hours and remote collaboration.
Please submit your resume and GitHub profile, along with any relevant smart contract projects, deployed contract addresses, or open-source contributions.
If available, include a brief description of your experience with the Diamond Pattern, your role in the projects you share, and how you approached testing and security.
