We’re hiring a part-time SMM Manager (Part-time)🌍
We’re looking for an SMM professional to grow two company brands, with Instagram as the initial priority.
You’ll build a content strategy, establish a consistent presence, and grow a relevant audience—connecting social media activity to brand and business goals.
Relevant experience in B2B, Tech, Telecom, SaaS, Affiliate, or related industries is essential.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute an SMM strategy for two brands, building their social presence largely from scratch.
• Lead Instagram growth through content planning, audience engagement, and testing new formats.
• Gradually expand into LinkedIn, Telegram, Threads, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Track performance, report on results, and use data to improve content and growth tactics.
• Coordinate collaborations with partners, influencers, and industry media.
• Support visibility around industry events and conferences.
• Work with designers and marketers, establish SMM processes, and potentially build your own team.
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of SMM experience, including successful B2B projects in relevant industries.
• Proven Instagram growth results and experience building a social media presence from scratch.
• A strong understanding of organic growth, community building, analytics, and business metrics.
• Experience with international markets and audiences.
• English at B1 level or above.
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, Threads, and X.
• The ability to work independently, test ideas, and take ownership of results.
Team leadership, paid social, Reddit/Quora experience, and participation in international industry events are a plus.

📍 Remote
⏰ Part-time, with fixed working hours and workload agreed at the start
