We are looking for an SMM Specialist who can take ownership of day-to-day social media content and help us grow our Russian- and English-speaking audiences across Instagram, Threads, and other marketing channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media beyond simply publishing posts. You should be comfortable coming up with content ideas, writing strong copy, creating visuals, producing Reels, following trends, and adapting content to different platforms and audiences. What You’ll Do • Manage day-to-day content for Instagram and Threads in Russian and English, with the possibility of expanding to TikTok in the future. • Write engaging social media copy with strong storytelling skills, including captions, hooks, CTAs and Stories. • Create and edit social media content in Figma, Canva and CapCut, including posts, carousels, Stories and Reels. • Develop content ideas and adapt relevant trends to our brand. • Prepare visuals for landing pages, email newsletters and other marketing materials when needed. • Use content performance metrics to improve future content. What we’re looking for • 2+ years of hands-on SMM experience. • Fluent Russian and strong written English (B2/C1+). • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. • Proficient in Figma, Canva and CapCut. • Strong understanding of current SMM trends and platform mechanics across Instagram, Threads and TikTok. • Good visual sense and attention to detail. • Creativity and willingness to suggest and test new ideas. • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and take ownership of tasks. It would be a plus if you have • Experience with email marketing and newsletters. • Background in recruitment, HR, relocation, career or other expert-driven industries. Portfolio is required.
