SMM Team Lead

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for an SMM Team Lead to lead our social media team, develop effective strategies, optimize processes, and drive growth across digital platforms.

Key Requirements

Must-Have

• Team Management & Motivation: Experience managing remote teams, with strong skills in maintaining team spirit, motivating employees, and resolving conflicts.
• Project Management & Time Management: Strong Project Management skills, strict deadline control, and an established system for reviewing and ensuring the quality of deliverables (Quality Control).
• Analytics & Decision-Making: Ability to work with data and numbers, conduct in-depth analysis of SMM metrics, and make decisions based on data (a Data-Driven approach).
• Technical Autonomy: Ability to independently learn and master new services and tools and implement them into the team’s workflow.
• Innovation: Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize internal processes and automate workflows.
• English: Intermediate+ / Fluent level of English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have

• Practical experience managing and developing communities on Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, Telegram, and WhatsApp, with proven real-world cases.
• Practical experience implementing AI and other technical tools to optimize SMM department processes.
• Experience managing teams of 5+ people.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Assigning and distributing tasks, monitoring their completion, reviewing work for errors, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitoring & Quality Control: Tracking the performance of all ongoing department projects and continuously auditing content and process quality.
• Strategy & Development: Analyzing the market and trends to identify new ideas and opportunities, as well as developing and proposing initiatives to improve existing projects.
• Analytics: Regularly collecting and analyzing key performance metrics and making strategic decisions based on data and insights.
• Process Optimization: Identifying, testing, and configuring new technical services and implementing innovative solutions to improve the department’s efficiency.
• Team Culture: Maintaining high levels of motivation and fostering a productive and positive atmosphere within a remote team.
• Onboarding: Training and onboarding new employees.
