Build modern data products for a large financial services organization. We’re looking for experienced Snowflake Data Engineers with strong Python and SQL skills to develop new pipelines and ELT solutions supporting commercial banking, retail banking, HR, and regulatory reporting.

This is a hands-on development opportunity focused on building new solutions, with limited production support for deployed products.

What you’ll do:

• Design and develop data pipelines and ELT solutions using Snowflake, Python, and SQL.
• Ingest, integrate, and transform data from files and multiple source systems.
• Build cloud-based data products supporting reporting, analytics, and operational needs.
• Develop bronze, silver, and gold data layers using a medallion architecture.
• Own development activities from design and testing through deployment and production readiness.
• Collaborate directly with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues and communicate progress, technical challenges, and delivery risks.

What we’re looking for:

• 5–8 years of experience in data engineering or related software development roles.
• Strong hands-on Snowflake development experience in production environments.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong Python programming experience.
• Experience designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines and modern cloud-based data solutions.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, integration, and transformation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Azure or AWS experience.
• Experience implementing bronze, silver, and gold data layers.
• Enterprise analytics, reporting, or data modernization experience.
• Banking or financial services experience.
