We are looking for a freelancer to provide services as a Soccer Supporter, assisting Scouts while collecting real-time data live from the venue. This is an exciting role and is great for someone with a good eye for detail, reliable and with integrity to ensure the data is accurately collected. This is an essential position and requires someone with great communication skills, is familiar with technology and has a solid understanding of Soccer. Key responsibilities: Analyzing real-time sports information, guaranteeing the quality of the product for our clients Provide first line of support to Scouts by communicating efficiently and in accordance with our internal guidelines Documenting incidents and relevant occurrences for further analysis Work closely with other teams to assure customer needs are met Essential requirements: Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; reading, writing, speaking & listening Availability to work nights and/or weekends, including bank holidays Ability to use Webex, Teams, and similar tools Capability of resolving both, Scout and customer issues promptly in a fast-paced environment Solution-oriented mindset with analytical skills Team-player who can also work independently and has an eye for detail Passion for sports Technical requirements: Windows desktop or laptop with a total of 2 monitors Stable and high speed Internet Service We offer: The perfect freelance opportunity with an hourly service rate Thorough training on our Stats Perform Academy.
