We are looking for an energetic, visually savvy, and trend-obsessed Social Content Creator & Influencer Specialist to bring our experience gifts to life across social media.

About the role

You will split your focus between making Virgin Gifts social channel content and managing our creator marketing program. One day you'll be out in the field showcasing our experiences, jumping on camera, and producing viral, thumb-stopping short-form video assets. On another, you'll manage our partner creator network, onboarding influencers to sample our experiences, generate authentic UGC, and expand our reach across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

What you'll do:

• Content Creation & Production: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-engaging video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and static assets. Balance raw, UGC-style dynamic clips with polished brand content.

• On-Camera Talent: Serve as an enthusiastic, authentic face of the Virgin Gifts brand.

• Manage our social editorial calendar across channels in coordination with the broader Content and Growth teams.

• Drive engagement and social follower growth across the entire Virgin Gifts social ecosystem.

• Creator & Influencer Program Management: Identify, reach out to, and nurture relationships with local/national creators to experience our catalog.

• Platform Management: Optimize content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others. Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates, viral video & audio trends, and emerging social features.

• Performance & Operations: Track creator campaign ROI, content engagement, and conversion metrics. Manage creator gifting workflows, contracts, and tracking links via our creator marketing platform, Impact.

• Asset Management: Organize and maintain an internal library of raw and edited social video assets for cross-departmental marketing use.

What you'll need:

• Proven track record in social media content creation, influencer marketing, or creator community management.

• Strong portfolio showcasing video production skills (CapCut, Premiere, InShot, etc. ) tailored for TikTok/IG Reels.

• Comfortable being on-camera, presenting with an energetic, relatable personality consistent with the Virgin brand.

• Prior experience managing affiliate or creator platforms (e.g., Impact, Grin, CreatorIQ, LTK).

• Hands-on experience executing creator/influencer partnerships from outreach to asset delivery.

• Strong understanding of trend cycles, platform-native formats, and social media analytics.

• Must be located in the NYC Metro area with flexibility to attend local partner activations, shoot field content, as well have the ability to travel to other US cities for content creation.

• Experience running or scaling a personal social channel.

• Basic knowledge of paid social media concepts (spark ads, creator licensing, whitelisting).
