SOCIAL MEDIA & VIDEO SPECIALIST

Recruitment Function Description Framework

Branding the Mission. Empowering Regality. Actualising Human Capital.

Position Title

Social Media & Video Specialist

(Creative and digital execution role within the CCI Professional Empowerment Team)

Position Purpose/Mission

The Social Media & Video Specialist will bring the CCI Professional brand to life across digital and video platforms. Working under the direction of the Head of Marketing & Communication, this person will manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, and take our video content from idea to publication.

The role supports our ultimate purpose to Actualise Human Capital… For the Glory of God, and our mission to empower leaders to grow exponential organisations. We are not looking for someone who simply posts content or operates a camera. We are looking for a creative storyteller who recognises meaningful moments and turns them into engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

· Manage the day-to-day presence of CCI Professional on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

· Develop and execute a structured content calendar, scheduling and publishing regular content

· Adapt content for each platform rather than duplicating the same post across channels

· Monitor engagement and provide meaningful analytics and insights

Video Creation & Production

· Plan video concepts and capture professional-quality footage at workshops, conferences, interviews and events

· Film short-form vertical video and Reels, and record talking-head content with consultants and Partners

· Edit polished final content with captions, basic motion graphics and branded title screens

· Repurpose longer conversations into multiple shorter pieces and manage an organised content library

Content Creation & Storytelling

· Uncover client stories, case studies, leadership insights and behind-the-scenes moments

· Turn written thought leadership into compelling social and video content

· Capture authentic moments rather than relying only on staged promotional content

Brand Stewardship

· Work within CCI Professional brand guidelines and protect the integrity of the brand

· Ensure public-facing content reflects our Return on Purpose and Mission and our five differentiators:

Organic Systems Approach

Leveraging IR4 Trends

Integrate Diversity

Neuroscientific Foundation

Co-ownership Mindset

What You Bring

· Proven social media management across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

· Video filming, professional editing and short-form vertical video production

· Storytelling, social media copywriting and basic graphic design

· Understanding of social media analytics and strong organisational skills

· Ability to work independently in a largely remote environment

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous. A strong portfolio matters as much as a relevant qualification.

Cultural Fit & Values Alignment

This role is for a creative culture custodian. Our ideal candidate embodies:

· Regality: Upholds noble purpose and brand voice with dignity as unto the Lord

· Mastery: Pursues excellence personally, professionally and with people

· Honour: Protects reputation and communicates with truth and trust

· Legacy: Knows every piece of content serves an impact greater than itself

Engagement Model & Reporting

Engagement: 1 November 2026 (or as soon as possible)

Location: Primarily remote/flexible, with regular in-person attendance for content capture, events and workshops

Report structure: To the Head of Marketing & Communication
