Social Media Assistant - Monago Family

Job Description This is a remote position. Location : Remote (Philippines-based preferred) Type : Full-time (35–40 hours/week) Job Description We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and reliable Social Media Assistant to join Monago Family , our growing content brand across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a family-focused channel creating engaging, fun, and high-performing content for a loyal and growing global audience. You’ll help bring our content to life daily by managing engagement, writing captions, supporting uploads, and helping us reach new brand partners and communities. Key Responsibilities Daily engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Responding to DMs and comments and engaging with niche audiences Researching trends and suggesting creative short-form content Writing engaging captions that reflect the Monago Family voice Repurposing long-form content (e.g. vlog clips → Reels/Shorts) Supporting vlog uploads and writing summaries for YouTube Assisting with affiliate campaigns and ebook funnel promotion Sending brand outreach messages using our pre-built templates Helping track performance and suggest improvements Requirements Requirements Experience managing or assisting social media accounts (personal or professional) Strong written English and a good eye for engaging content Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube features and trends Comfortable working independently with daily/weekly task lists Organised, reliable, and comfortable with feedback and collaboration Benefits Base Salary : ₱22,000 – ₱26,000 Plus Growth Incentives (optional but motivating) : ₱1,000–₱2,000 bonus if monthly engagement or follower targets are hit Opportunities for role progression in 6–12 months
