Role Description The Social Media Brand Ambassador (Remotely) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Amman, with flexibility for some work from home. This role focuses on representing Owl Brand (Jo) across social media platforms by creating and publishing engaging content that showcases products, brand values, and campaigns. Daily tasks include planning and executing content calendars, filming and editing short-form videos, writing captions and posts, engaging with followers through comments and messages, and collaborating with the marketing team on brand initiatives. The Brand Ambassador will also participate in live sessions or events, monitor performance metrics, and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement. The role requires consistent online presence, adherence to brand guidelines, and proactive communication with internal teams.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience growing and engaging audiences on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, compelling captions, replies, and brand messages.
• Experience with Content Strategy, including planning content calendars, aligning posts with campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating product-focused content, including tutorials, reviews, and live sessions.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret performance data to suggest improvements.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and time management, with the ability to work both on-site in Amman and remotely.
• Interest in beauty and cosmetics, with an understanding of current trends and consumer preferences; prior experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle marketing is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
