We are looking for a Social Media Manager Intern who is creative, eager to learn, curious about digital trends, and excited to build hands-on experience managing social media for multiple brands.

As a Social Media Manager Intern at Stratskye, you will support our marketing team in researching, planning, creating, and managing social media content across different platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn social media strategy, content planning, audience research, analytics, and digital marketing while working on real client projects.

• Research social media trends, competitors, audiences, and industry topics.
• Conduct basic keyword and hashtag research.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
• Identify trending topics and content opportunities.
• Research relevant influencers, brands, and potential collaboration opportunities.
• Assist in developing social media strategies and content ideas.

• Assist in creating and maintaining social media content calendars.
• Develop creative content ideas, captions, hooks, and post concepts.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging.
• Suggest new content formats, series, and engagement ideas.
• Coordinate with designers to ensure content is delivered according to the content calendar.
• Assist with scheduling and publishing posts across social platforms.

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Respond to basic comments and messages while maintaining the appropriate brand voice.
• Identify opportunities to increase audience engagement.
• Help build an active and trustworthy online community.

• Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Track follower growth, reach, impressions, engagement, and website traffic.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly social media reports.
• Identify what content performs well and suggest improvements.
• Learn to use analytics to make data-driven content decisions.

• Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and storytelling.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Basic knowledge of Canva.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or other social media management tools.
• Basic understanding of hashtags and content marketing.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content research and creation.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics.
• Previous internship, university project, freelance work, or personal social media experience is a plus.

• Timely completion of assigned content calendars and research tasks.
• Quality and creativity of content ideas.
• Consistency in social media posting and scheduling.
• Improvement in engagement and audience interaction.
• Accuracy and quality of social media research and reports.
• Ability to learn and implement feedback.
• Contribution to client and internal social media projects.

• Monthly Stipend: PKR 15,000–20,000 based on skills and performance.
