Role Description

Konnetta is hiring a full-time Content Creator and Social Media Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria. You will serve as one of the faces of the brand, creating engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

You will develop content strategies, film and edit videos, manage our social media accounts, engage with our audience, and help grow Konnetta’s online presence. This is a fully remote role, but you must reside in Lagos and be available for occasional travel and in-person content shoots.

Responsibilities

• Regularly appear on camera as a representative of Konnetta
• Plan, film, edit, and publish short-form video content
• Develop and execute social media growth strategies
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels
• Monitor trends, engagement, and content performance
• Engage with followers and grow our online community

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Lagos, Nigeria
• Confident, engaging, and comfortable on camera
• Previous content creation or social media management experience
• An existing social media presence or portfolio demonstrating your work
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
• Ability to independently shoot and edit quality video content
• Must own a suitable smartphone and microphone for content production
• Strong communication, creativity, and time-management skills
• Willingness to travel when required
