### Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative **TikTok & Instagram Social Media Content & Posting Specialist** to manage daily content publishing across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate has a good understanding of social media trends, knows how to identify viral content, and can consistently publish engaging posts to increase visibility, reach, and audience engagement.
### Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily content posting on TikTok and Instagram.
- Schedule and publish posts according to the assigned content calendar.
- Research trending topics, viral videos, sounds, hashtags, and content formats.
- Identify relevant viral content and social media trends for inspiration.
- Write engaging captions and select appropriate hashtags.
- Ensure all content is properly formatted and optimized for each platform.
- Monitor published content and track basic engagement metrics.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and follow content guidelines.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely content delivery.
### Requirements
- Previous experience managing TikTok and Instagram accounts.
- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.
- Familiarity with scheduling and publishing tools.
- Good written communication skills, especially for captions.
- Ability to research viral content and identify emerging trends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily posting deadlines.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools are an advantage.

- Experience managing multiple social media accounts.
