Position Overview: We are looking for someone who can create, manage, and grow TikTok accounts that look beautiful and promote our clients' products. The candidate must be up to date on the latest TikTok trends in the health, beauty, wellness, and fashion niches on TikTok and is capable of editing highly aesthetic images and/or video. The ideal candidate has experience growing successful faceless content accounts on TikTok. If you are someone who understands trends, knows how to make beautiful, valuable faceless content in these spaces, and wants to begin your career at a rapidly growing, cutting edge advertising startup, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Develop and produce daily faceless TikTok videos compatible with each client's brand within the beauty, health, wellness, and lifestyle spaces. Jump on the latest TikTok trends to create compelling content that performs well. Work with our sales and engineering team to implement the styles and formats that perform well on your accounts. Qualifications: Understanding of TikTok, including knowledge of what content performs well and resonates with users. Awareness of the latest trends in the beauty, health, wellness, fashion and lifestyle niches. Ability to create beautiful faceless content. This can be slideshows or videos. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing. Growth Opportunities: Learn about the digital advertising space and interact with clients at 9-figure brands. Possibility to take on a leadership role in our growing content team. Work with sales to produce sample content and accounts for prospective clients and see how the sales cycle works. Work with engineering to implement successful content styles, formats, and copy into automation. Location: This role is flexible on location. Local applicants can work out of our Manhattan office on a part time basis and remote applicants can work from anywhere they want. Compensation: This is a part-time position offering $20 per hour.
