Social Media & Content Manager About Beam Beam is a high-growth health and wellness brand built on the belief that better sleep, gut health, hormonal balance, and family wellbeing shouldn't be complicated. Our products are co-created with credible voices and backed by real science, and we sell across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and a growing retail footprint. We're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to help grow Beam's organic social presence and build a community that genuinely loves the brand. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is excited about social media, loves creating content, stays on top of trends, and wants to learn how a growing consumer brand builds its social presence. The ideal person is creative, organized, curious, and excited to move quickly in a growing brand environment. What You'll Do Social Media & Content: Support the day-to-day management of Beam's Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels. Help manage Beam's social content calendar, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content. Stay up to date on social trends, sounds, creators, formats, and internet culture and bring new ideas to the team. Help develop and execute social-first content ideas, recurring series, and formats. Create and edit short-form content for Instagram and TikTok, including UGC-style videos, still imagery, and other social-first formats. Write engaging, on-brand social copy tailored to each platform. Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to bring social content ideas to life. Support social content around product launches, seasonal moments, campaigns, and other brand initiatives. Community & Collaboration: Help manage Beam's social community by responding to comments, engaging with customers, and participating in relevant conversations. Identify opportunities to highlight customers, creators, and community members across Beam's social channels. Collaborate with the Influencer team to keep creator and organic social content aligned. Support social activations around launches, events, sampling, and other brand moments. Work with creators, influencers, and other partners as needed to support social content. Performance & Growth: Track basic social media performance, including reach, engagement, audience growth, and content performance. Help identify trends in performance and share learnings with the broader Marketing and Creative teams. Use social insights to help inform future content ideas and improve performance. Support testing of new content formats, concepts, and approaches across Beam's social channels. Who You Are 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or a related role. Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok and a genuine interest in social media and internet culture. Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content using tools such as CapCut, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms. Strong writing skills and an understanding of how to create engaging, platform-native content. Creative, with a strong eye for content and storytelling. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable working collaboratively with Creative, Marketing, Influencer, and other teams. Curious, proactive, and excited to learn and grow. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. Willing to be hands-on and jump into whatever is needed to help the team succeed. Nice-to-Haves Experience working with a consumer, DTC, CPG, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brand. Experience working with influencers, UGC creators, or creator agencies. Experience supporting events, pop-ups, sampling, or other community activations. Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting. Experience working with omnichannel brands across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or retail.
